Utility Incentives

Designed to assist Virginia residents in affordable energy conservation, utility incentives reduce the upfront cost of some energy-saving home improvements. Dominion Power and Columbia Gas customers in the central Shenandoah Valley may qualify for new, energy efficient heating and cooling equipment. Incentives vary by the utility provider for a given area, but each is designed to make energy upgrades an easy and cost-effective process. Ask us about the programs in your area, and we can help you apply!

Excel Heating and Cooling is a qualified contractor for these cash rebates.
